LGBT Chamber welcomes Kimberly-Clark as Newest Gold Founding Member

MILWAUKEE — The Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce announced today that Kimberly-Clark Corporation has joined the Chamber as its newest gold founding member.

“We are thrilled to welcome Kimberly-Clark as our newest member of the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber,” said Jason Rae, executive director of the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber. “Kimberly-Clark is a forward-thinking company that has a proven track record of LGBT inclusion. We cannot think of someone better to welcome into our Chamber family.”

Kimberly-Clark has an active LGBT employee resource group, Pride@K-C. The company has recently received a perfect 100 on the Human Rights Campaign’s 2017 Corporate Equality Index.

Gold membership with the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber is one of the highest levels available. Membership includes a listing in the Business Directory and a seat on the Chamber’s Corporate Leadership Advisory Council.

The Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce is an organization of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and LGBT-allied businesses, corporations and professionals throughout the state of Wisconsin. It offers networking opportunities, business development efforts within the LGBT community, and educational programming to its members. The organization has more than 480 members from around the state.
